They are looking for a Project Manager to join their team near Monmouth on a permanent basis. The Project Manager will ideally have the following attributes: Experienced Project Manager, ideally with a background in Design / Product Development Degree / HNC / HND / BTEC / NVQ qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar PRINCE2 or a similar Project Management qualification would be beneficial but not required Knowledge of manufacturing processes including sheet metal, fabrication, welded parts and machining Be proficient using 3D CAD software such as Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo etc. Knowledge of a variety of materials – sheet metal, injection moulded plastics etc. Be able to read engineering drawings Strong leadership skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver results on time and budget Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Be able to work well individually as well as part of a teamResponsibilities include: Lead and Project Manage the Design, Prototyping, Development, Testing and Introduction of new products Identifying and managing full lifecycle projects, from bid generation to manufacture and delivery Successf...
