What makes this role exciting CloudPay has a full-time position for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing which will be responsible for shaping and articulating the value proposition for our products and services as well as planning and delivering Marketing/Sales content across a wide range of channels to create deal winning moments. We’re looking for someone who can take market and audience insights and craft them into propositions and content that converts. This pivotal role involves working cross-functionally and with a wide range of stakeholders to C-suite level. You’ll be responsible for developing Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for new products including messaging, positioning, buyer personas, and supporting sales pursuit content. Your output such as solution sheets and presentations will also be crucial in supporting Sales to ensure products are well positioned to demonstrate CloudPay’s value and competitive difference. Main responsibilities Develop the product marketing vision and strategy based on an understanding of our product portfolio, customer needs & journeys, ideal customer profile, competitive landscape and commercial targets Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for new products and services including messaging, positioning and buyer personas. Utilise generative AI and automation tools to scale content creation, testing, and personalization across the buyer journey Define and maintain product and service based value propositions, which align with our overall brand positioning and narrative. Partner closely with Product Management, Sales and C-suite leaders to participate in defining solutions based on clear understanding of market trends and customer need. Develop collateral such as sales presentations, scripts, competitive content, messaging guides and bid support documentation to support and enable our GTM teams to ensuring products are adopted and correctly positioned by business development functions. Work directly with customers and prospects to gain insights and feedback on product, messaging, value prop, and experience to enhance sales and marketing efforts. Work with the Demand Gen and broader marketing functions to support the development of appropriate campaign activity to acquire new customers and retain and grow existing customers Experience needed for this role Significant work experience in a B2B marketing environment in similar Product Marketing/Proposition roles that are focused on generating and accelerating pipeline Track record of insight-led proposition development, putting the customer and their needs and pain point at the heart of the solution. Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels Proven ability to drive change through a complex business and deal with multiple demanding stakeholders Understanding and experience of producing content to fit a complex buying journey, ideally in a B2B environment, showing a clear understanding of buyer needs and pain points Able to translate business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs, using data and AI-driven insights to continuously optimise performance Clear and precise communicator with excellent copywriting, editing and verbal communication skills Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels to Board/C suite level plus develop and manage required agency/supplier relationships to undertake required projects Desired Experience working in payroll, payments, technology, or Fintech Product Marketing/Propositions background Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools into marketing workflows (e.g. content generation or iteration) Degree (Marketing) and/or further professional Product Marketing qualifications preferred Experience in using competitor/market insight tools as well as project management tools such as Monday.com About you and Our core values Taking ownership, working with integrity and respect Being a team player is key to our culture Solution and customer focused Great initiative with the goal for excellence in achieving results Dedicated to developing and always looking for continuous improvements Be creative, be committed, be engaged and enjoy what you do We are hiring in UK, Poland or Hungary with local competitive packages and benefits to apply.
