We work with the best farms in the UK and butcher our meat on site to create a daily changing blackboard bursting with coal-grilled prime cuts and slow smoked specialties. We receive our fish from small day boats off the south coast of England and only use the best produce available.
We have a changing wall of beer featuring 20 taps of craft beer and we source wine from family-owned vineyards only.
We are now looking for an experienced Bar Staff / Bartender to join this busy, service-led pub and restaurant. We believe in treating people the way we wish to be treated and take the careers of our team seriously, aiming to fill all our senior positions internally through training and support.
About you:
* Have experience as Bar Staff/ Bartender in a similar establishment
* Have a passion for food & drink
* Be kind, friendly & outgoing
* Know the difference between service & hospitality
* Enjoy the challenges of a busy restaurant
* Be willing to work hard
* Know how to make cocktails (advantageous but not essential)
* Have Michelin experience (advantageous but not essential)
