Morson is proud to be partnering with a national organisation in the search for a Regional HR Business Partner to join their dynamic HR team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £36,000 plus a car allowance of £5,700. The role will cover the Midlands region, with travel required across sites in Wellingborough, Risley, Ruddington, and Loughborough. The position offers hybrid working, with 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home. The successful candidate will have full autonomy over managing their own diary. The Role: Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders across the Midlands site, gaining in-depth understanding of their business needs to deliver a high-quality HR service. Lead and manage all Employee Relations matters within the Midlands region, ensuring consistent and fair outcomes. Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on a wide range of HR topics to enhance people management capabilities. Contribute to TUPE processes and integration initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with legal requirements. Assist in the review and enhancement of HR policies and procedures in collaboration with the HR Director.
