Responsibilities
* Managing day‑to‑day shop operations.
* Driving sales growth.
* Delivering outstanding customer service.
* Training, developing and motivating your team.
* Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
* Taking responsibility for the shop in the absence of the Manager.
Requirements
You will need to have a background in retail management and ideally have worked within a food environment, however this is not essential. You should have a strong work ethic and a hands‑on "can do" mentality.

Southdene Sayers shop in Kirkby – part‑time role.
