Our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Hainault, is seeking highly skilled Vehicle Technicians to join their busy service department.

Benefits:
Competitive basic salary ranging from £38,000 to £55,000, dependent on experience
£5,000 performance-based bonus
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5:30pm, with no weekends

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles, including cars and vans
Diagnose and repair complex faults efficiently and accurately as a Vehicle Technician
Complete all service and repair documentation to company standards
Ensure all work is completed within specified timeframes without compromising quality
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Assist the workshop team with additional tasks as required
Work proactively to identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutionsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with relevant qualifications
Strong diagnostic skills and comprehensive knowledge of vehicle systems
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work
