MMA TV is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. We're a fast-growing platform showcasing combat sports events worldwide, and we want someone who can help us expand by building strong relationships with fight promotions and driving new business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively reach out to combat sports promotions to introduce and sell MMA TV's broadcasting and media services.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
* Negotiate and close partnership deals with promoters and event organisers.
* Represent MMA TV professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
* Work closely with the CEO and VP of Operations to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience (B2B preferred).
* Background in the combat sports industry (essential – you understand the landscape and community).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently, stay organised, and deliver results.
* Experience in business development, client relations, or account management is highly desirable.
