Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Location: Needham Market. Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Excellent Benefits. Shifts: 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights). Job Type: Permanent.
The Role
As a key member of the site Engineering Team, you\'ll be tasked with ensuring smooth, efficient and continuous operation of the facility - covering everything from day to day production processes and site-wide services. You\'ll carry out planned maintenance, tackle reactive breakdowns, and support improvement projects across this complex and varied site.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across the site
* Maximise machine availability and overall plant performance
* Work across diverse systems including PLCs and process control
* Carry out plant modifications and minor engineering projects
* Maintain exceptional health and safety standards
* Drive improvement through TPM and CI techniques

About You
You\'re a Multi-Skilled Engineer - both mechanically and electrically competent - with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You\'re used to working autonomously, reacting quickly to breakdowns and always striving for better performance.

* Time-served engineer (multi-skilled)
* Confident with PLCs and process controls
* Experience with CI/TPM methodologies
* Self-starter with a hands-on approach
* Comfortable with shift work, including nights and weekends
