What will you be doing?
As a Commercial Graduate Trainee, you will learn about the company, its products, and the market through continuous 'on the job' training. You will also receive extensive professional sales training to equip you with the skills needed for a successful sales career.
No two days are the same; you may have breakfasts with customers, attend external events, supplier trade days, and more. It's a fun and exciting place to start your career!
The Graduate Scheme aims to develop key commercial skills to support business growth and prepare you for future management roles. Internal progression is preferred, providing excellent opportunities for high-performing graduates to become future managers.
