Property Manager

Finders Keepers has an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team in Headington.

Finders Keepers is a leading Oxfordshire based Estate Agency offering sales, letting and property management, and is built on its exceptional knowledge and expertise. All of our property management is handled in house (we do not outsource). As a Property Manager you will be given autonomy to manage between 100-140 properties. You will run your portfolio according to internal procedures with the appropriate level of guidance needed, dependent on your experience.

The role provides a balance of working in the office handling administrative tasks along with property visits and external meetings.

Each member of the team is given an excellent training platform including the opportunity to study for and achieve the industry recognised Property mark qualification and ARLA membership within the first 18 months of joining us.

Key responsibilities of a Property Manager include:

1. First point of contact for tenants and landlords
2. Prepare and check properties for tenancy starting
3. Instructing appropriate contractors
4. Conduct check-ins, checkouts and inspections
5. Complete administration following on site appointments
6. Responsibility for ensuring rents are paid on time
7. Respond to and deal with all maintenance issues raised
8. Work seamlessly with internal divisions and teams
9. Responsible for ensuring portfolio compliance in relation to current legislation
10. Management of own diary whilst considering the team
11. Spot and nurture new business opportunities
12. Advise clients accordingly and refer property upgrades to relevant divisions within FK

Knowledge, skills, experience to be a successful Property Manager:

13. Ability to meet deadlines, efficient
14. Good level of spelling and grammar
15. Good communicator, relationship builder, problem solver
16. 2 years customer service experience
17. Full, clean manual driving licence
18. Previous Estate Agency experience preferred but not essential
19. Detail orientated
20. Positive can-do attitude, team player
21. Strives to improve, accepts feedback
