Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work across KS3 and KS4, supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and providing targeted intervention to pupils who require additional help. You will spend time both in the classroom and in small-group settings, ensuring all learners remain engaged, confident and on track.
