The Vacancy
The Barnet Group is seeking to hire Assistant Support Workers for their Supported Living service in multiple locations withing the London Borough of Barnet.
The role involves actively supporting individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible, while working within the framework of seven key social care outcomes that promote wellbeing, dignity, inclusion, and autonomy.

* An understanding of the importance of accurate record-keeping and documentation.
