25hrs per week over 5 days Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting a Customer Service Assistant/Receptionist to join our Student Services team based at our historic Roundhouse Campus in Pride Park, Derby.
The Opportunity: As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and lasting impression whether greeting visitors, supporting students, or assisting staff and external partners. By delivering outstanding customer service, managing enquiries efficiently, and maintaining a friendly and approachable manner, you will help uphold the College’s reputation for excellence and inclusivity.
About You: You’re a friendly and professional individual with excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills. Confident using IT and handling enquiries, you stay calm under pressure and adapt well to changing situations.
