Following a period of sustained growth, they are now seeking a Head of Production to join their senior leadership team.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the business owners, take ownership of a growing operation and play a key role in the next stage of the company's journey.
The Opportunity
As Head of Production, you will lead all production operations across the manufacturing facility, driving performance, developing people and creating the operational foundations required to support continued growth.
This is a highly visible role where you will have genuine autonomy and influence. For the right individual, there is a clear progression pathway towards Operations Director and potentially broader executive leadership responsibilities as the business continues to expand.
What You'll Be Doing
• Leading all day-to-day production operations.
• Developing and inspiring the production team.
• Driving productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improving throughput, reducing waste and enhancing operational performance.
• Supporting production planning to ensure excellent customer delivery.
• Building leadership capability across supervisors and team leaders.
• Ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance and health & safety.
• Helping shape the future operational strategy of the business.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with ambitious established operational leaders who combine strong manufacturing expertise with energy, drive and a genuine passion for leading people.
Ideally you will have experience within the food, beverage, FMCG, bottling, packaging or process manufacturing environments.
