* Join an existing pre‑construction team and participate in the initial stages of bid selection to identify the most beneficial opportunities.
* Collaborate with the wider pre‑construction team to devise strategy, and build the best possible bid for the first stage.
* Present the bid to the client; if successful, lead the bid through the second‑stage process working with estimating and design teams.
* Act as the client point of contact for all enquiries throughout the bid life cycle.
* Prepare and deliver detailed bids, including PQQs, and produce high‑quality, technical and financial content to support the selection of projects.
Qualifications
* Experience managing large, complex bids, preferably within two‑stage schemes.
* Strong written communication skills and confidence in producing detailed, high‑quality bid content.
* Ability to understand and address technical queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
