We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management within the professional services industry. This role, based in Sevenoaks, is ideal for someone with previous PA experience & knowledge of Payroll / willingness to learn payroll.

Description
Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of senior management.
Process payroll
Organise travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of senior staff.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas and minute-taking.
Ensure confidential information is handled with discretion and professionalism.
Provide general administrative support as required.Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
Prior experience in a PA role
Experience with payroll / willingness to learn payroll
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Job Offer
