Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a high achieving Service Manager for our Volvo Dealership based in Worcester.
Benefits include an OTE of £55,000 + and use of a company car, the hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm as well as working Saturday's on a rota basis.
The aim is to deliver and exceed customer expectation and satisfaction, customer care is paramount within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best aftersales experience.
Role and Responsibilities
* To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Service department
* To maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories
* To ensure that all manufacturers policies and procedure are adhered
* Planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets
* Managing and development of the team
* Growing Workshop utilisation and efficiency
* Exceeding Customer satisfaction
* Managing the smooth running and day to day activity of the Service Department
* Reporting directly to the Head of Business
