Job Title: Area Partner (Estate Agency) Location: Wolverhampton Basic Salary: £35,000 OTE: Up to £80,000 Position Type: Permanent Full-Time We are looking for an experienced estate agency professional to join the leadership team as an Area Partner. In this role, you will support the Estate Agency Director in delivering the overall strategy across the area, driving business growth, improving market share, and leading high-performing teams. This is a senior leadership role where you will work closely with branch teams and partners across the region, helping them grow their businesses while maintaining excellent service standards for clients. You will play a key role in developing people, improving performance, and ensuring the area operates efficiently across sales, financial services, and land & new homes Key Responsibilities Support the Estate Agency Director in delivering the area’s strategic plan and driving profitable growth Increase market share through strong listing performance, prospecting, and business development Lead, motivate, and coach teams across the area to achieve strong results Build a positive and collaborative culture across all offices and business streams Monitor sales performance and financial results, identifying opportunities to improve profitability Ensure company policies, compliance standards, and operational procedures are followed Support recruitment, training, and development of high-performing estate agency professionals Drive customer service excellence and protect the reputation of the brand in the local market Work closely with teams across Financial Services and Land & New Homes to maximise opportunities Support local marketing initiatives and business development activity across the area What We’re Looking For Strong estate agency leadership experience Proven ability to grow market share and drive business performance Experience managing and developing teams Excellent communication and leadership skills Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset Ability to influence and motivate teams across multiple locations Strong understanding of the estate agency market What’s on Offer Senior leadership opportunity within a growing estate agency business Competitive package Company car Career development and progression opportunities Supportive leadership team and collaborative culture
