Job Description
Do you have extensive experience of drafting contracts and want to work on high profile, high value projects?This is an opportunity to join a Projects team. The work is very broad but in short involves complex contractual arrangements and delivering on high value project work. The client base is also broad and covers areas such as defence, aerospace, highways and other bodies.This role would suit a Commercial or Projects lawyer who enjoys getting involved in different types of contracts. It probably suit a lawyer who wants to or is used to delivering small contracts such as terms and conditions.The team are looking to grow with a Senior Associate hire where you would be working from the Birmingham office as part of a national team. There is a huge pipeline of work so you would be walking into an existing caseload with long rooted clients of the firm. It's a great chance to create a name for yourself within the Birmingham office and help develop the team's offering locally.The firm work in a hybrid manner with your time spent equally between home working and office working.
The Successful Applicant
It's likely that you will be a qualified solicitor with extensive Contracts/Projects experience and likely that you will need at least 5-6y PQE. It would be great if you had experience with the Model Services Contract but this isn't essential.
