Pay & Hours
* Starting pay: £12.71 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
* Pay review: After successful trial period
* Production bonus: Available after successful trial period
* Start date: Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities
* Operating a chop saw to cut bricks to required specifications
* Following production schedules and meeting daily targets
* Inspecting bricks for quality before and after cutting
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
* Supporting general production and yard duties where required
* Complying with all health & safety procedures

Requirements
* FLT Counterbalance (CB) licence and experience - essential
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Physically fit for manual handling tasks
* Able to work well as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
* Good communication skills
* Own transport essential due to location
