About the Role
The appointed teacher will teach Design & Technology across KS3–KS5, delivering a broad and stimulating curriculum tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Key Responsibilities

* Differentiate lessons effectively to meet the needs of learners with varied educational and personal profiles.
* Integrate digital technologies and sustainable design principles into the curriculum.
* Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment and promote responsible use of tools and materials.
* Contribute to extracurricular clubs, exhibitions, and enrichment activities that showcase students’ creativity.
* Work collaboratively with therapists, teaching assistants, and support staff to ensure all students thrive.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to further enhance subject knowledge and specialist teaching practice.

Experience and Qualifications
