The business has recently secured several high-profile schemes across leisure, life sciences, technology, and commercial sectors, with project values ranging from £30m to £150m. These roles offer the opportunity to take responsibility for end-to-end commercial delivery or to support a lead surveyor on complex, high-value projects. Experience in procurement, cost management, and contract administration will be highly regarded, as many of these projects are already underway or about to start on site.
