4. Coordinate Health and Safety and Quality incident investigations and actions
5. Maintain compliance through training and competency programme
6. Focus on internal customers (Quality, Engineering, Business Planning, HR, IT, Facilities) and external customers (Clients, Regulatory Bodies, Contractors, Suppliers) priorities
7. Support department induction programme
8. Manage a team focused on job and schedule accomplishment
9. Manage department coaching, development and training
10. Demonstrate Role Model Leadership competencies
11. Allocation and optimization of resource
12. Understanding of capacity and process demand and alignment against schedule
13. Maintain and improve process efficiencies to achieve business objectives
14. Understand, support and coach team in utilising PPI/Lean tools for process improvement
15. Initiate and manage small teams to work on initiatives
16. Develop, maintain, trend and report Key Performance Indicators
17. Authority to sign off time sheets, raise Purchase Orders and administration of absence management
18. Undertake any other duties on an ad-hoc basis as required by your Line Manager
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
19. 5 x GCSE or equivalent experience/qualification (including English and Mathematics)
20. Worked within a GMP environment
21. Worked within an operational environment
22. Competent in use of electronic and automated equipment
23. Management experience
