Partner with sales, product, technical and CX teams to drive aligned, commercially focused activity.
Lead trade PR to elevate visibility, credibility and market presence.
Produce impactful marketing assets and campaigns with consistent messaging.
Manage and optimise the trade marketing budget to maximise ROI.
Strengthen brand presence across the trade channel.
Run promotional campaigns that support sales and engage wholesalers, merchants and installers.

About You:
Proven B2B marketing experience across the full marketing mix.
Strong strategic mindset paired with hands‑on execution across online and offline channels.
Experience managing or supporting B2B/trade loyalty or engagement programmes.
Able to work effectively with sales, product and cross‑functional teams to deliver shared goals.
Confident budget manager with a focus on prioritisation and ROI.
Comfortable working flexibly in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging.
Experience planning and delivering PR activity, including content creation.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels.
Skilled in market research, competitor analysis and performance reporting.
Proven ability to manage agencies and suppliers to deliver high‑quality campaigns.Job Offer
Salary: £40,000 - £51,000
Location: Southampton (Hybrid with 3 days per week in the office)
Annual Bonus: Up to 10%
