Our Eastern division is growing and with 3 sites due to start imminently we have a new vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor in our rapidly expanding Eastern region Key Responsibilities: Prepare site budgets, cost reports, and CVRs.
Manage subcontract procurement, payments, and final accounts.
Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
Provide commercial support and cost advice to site teams.
Attend project review meetings and contribute to cost planning and control.
About You: 2–3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a recognised UK housebuilder.
Proven ability to manage costs and contracts independently.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Self-motivated and a team player.
