Ruby Developer - FinTech - Up to £55k
I’m working exclusively with a scaling fintech client who are expanding their footprint in the market. They’re looking for multiple Mid-Level Ruby Developers to join their small, collaborative team. This is a backend focused role; any frontend experience is a bonus. You will be working very closely with their customers and this is experience that they really value.
Working arrangements: Hybrid in London (3 days a week in the office)

Responsibilities
* Develop backend Ruby applications focused on fintech solutions.
* Collaborate with teammates and directly engage with customers to gather requirements and feedback.
* Contribute to system design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Qualifications
* Mid-Senior level Ruby development experience.
* Backend-focused skill set; frontend experience is considered a bonus.
* Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced fintech environment.
