Office Administrator
Temporary Contract- Maternity Cover
Up to £26,000 pa.
A minimum of 8 months’ cover. This will be an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

About The Role
About the role
This is a dual role combining front-of-house reception duties with general office administration support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
What you’ll be doing
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, providing a professional and welcoming service
* Manage the info inbox, including responding to queries and handling complaints appropriately
* Book hotels, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
* Raise POs and support departments with general administrative tasks
* Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well organised
* Assist with event planning and coordination
* Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

* Professional, warm, and welcoming manner
* Previous office administration and/or receptionist experience
