This full-time, permanent position is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and passionate teacher to deliver inspiring Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Key Responsibilities
* Teach engaging Drama lessons to students across KS3 and KS4
* Plan and deliver lessons that promote creativity, performance, and confidence
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Support and contribute to extra-curricular activities, including performances and clubs
* Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment
* Participate in departmental planning and whole-school events
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
* Strong subject knowledge and creative flair
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A passion for the arts and student engagement
* ECTs welcome with full support and induction provided
