Following continued growth and successful market penetration in the North West, we are now looking to appoint a Divisional Director to lead and scale our Manchester operation.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader to build a division with genuine autonomy, long-term strategic backing and a clear route to equity ownership.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional management role.
We are seeking a commercially driven, hands-on leader who can:
* Build and develop a high-performing recruitment division
* Lead from the front through personal billing and client acquisition
* Hire, mentor and scale a specialist recruitment team
* Create a strong performance culture
* Drive long-term growth and profitability
The successful individual will play a key role in shaping the future of the Manchester business, with the opportunity to earn equity through agreed performance milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Billing
* Develop and grow key client relationships across the North West
* Win new business and establish strategic accounts
* Maintain a strong personal billing presence
* Build specialist market verticals
Leadership & Team Growth
* Hire experienced consultants from day one
* Develop team structure, processes and performance standards
* Coach and mentor consultants and future team leaders
* Build a scalable, high-performance culture
Strategic Growth
* Take ownership of divisional growth plans and revenue targets
* Contribute to long-term business strategy
* Support expansion into multiple specialist verticals
* Drive profitability and operational performance
About You
