They are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-level support to the COO and Managing Director. This is a pivotal role at the heart of their business, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
o Act as the first point of contact for the COO & MD, managing communications and priorities.
o Coordinate complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
o Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations to Board-level standards.
o Organise high-profile meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders.
o Handle confidential correspondence and maintain meticulous filing systems.
o Support with budget management and supplier negotiations.
o Collaborate with the EA to the CEO and wider team on key projects and events.
What They are Looking For
o Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA supporting Director/Board-level.
o Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
o Exceptional communication skills and professional presence.
o Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
o Discreet, trustworthy, and calm under pressure.
