Pegasus Group welcomes applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join our dynamic Urban Design team in our Liverpool office to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and a strong start to your career in a supportive training environment.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for candidates to hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture or a related subject. We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem‑solving and communication skills
* Ability to use initiative and think creatively
Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning on the job with support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Responsibilities and role overview
As a Graduate Urban Designer, you will work closely with the Design team in delivering a range of design consultancy services on various projects and schemes. You’ll support conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs and design strategies for developers and private clients. You will gain experience across a range of sectors and clients to support your development.
