The Personal Assistant will work closely with and support team members within our Insights & Analytics area. You will provide high level administrative and secretarial support and act as a point of contact. You will be highly motivated and possess attributes around planning, organising and attention to detail. There will be a mixture of autonomous working and work where direct support is provided to others. Insights & Analytics are about driving our advancement of digital excellence across a wide range of competencies - the successful candidate will play a part in reaching this goal.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Proactively manage diaries by responding to internal and external meeting requests and rearranging where necessary.
* Outlook inbox management – monitor and prioritise emails for action.
* Meeting administration – preparing agendas, attendance at meetings, including minute taking and monitoring of actions.
* Communication with colleagues across the firm.
* Proactively arrange all travel and accommodation requirements.
* Process, monitor and retain records of expenses.
* Coordinate elements of digital project work, including arranging workshops and other events.
* Adhere to the firm’s mandatory policies including Information Security standards.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have experience as a Personal Assistant or a similar role.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
