We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Paid Search Manager to lead digital paid media activity across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video and emerging platforms. This is a high-impact role focused on scaling high-quality lead generation, driving ROI, and creating seamless alignment between marketing and sales.
You'll be the go-to expert for campaign planning, forecasting, optimisation and analysis - always one step ahead of platform updates, AI-driven features, and industry trends.
Day to Day
* Plan, build, optimise and report on campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Display and YouTube.
* Drive A/B testing and CRO initiatives, collaborating with content, UX, SEO, CRM and design teams.
* Own the end-to-end lead process — from acquisition and tracking to conversion analysis and sales alignment.
* Implement advanced audience targeting strategies using first-party data.
* Troubleshoot and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
* Test and roll out new platform features, automation tools and AI-led strategies.
* Manage budgets across multi-market campaigns, balancing lead volume with cost efficiency.
* Present actionable insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
* Build strong relationships with platform partners to gain access to betas and new tools.
YOU?
* 4+ years' experience managing large-budget, lead generation campaigns across multiple paid media channels.
* In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4 and Looker Studio (or similar).
* Proven track record of scaling campaigns, reducing CPL, and delivering high-quality leads.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
* Skilled in CRO, A/B testing and advanced targeting techniques.
* Up-to-date with AI, automation, and digital marketing innovation.
* Commercially sharp, proactive, and able to challenge convention while driving measurable growth.
* Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments.
