If so, then Skipton Building Society has the perfect opportunity for you! We are recruiting for a Customer Relationship Consultant within our Clitheroe and Barnoldswick Branches.
The role involves engaging in conversations to understand our customers' needs, providing information about our full range of savings, products, and services. You will conduct 'My Review' appointments to discuss customers' financial goals and help them review their circumstances to identify suitable products. Our branches are central to local communities, supporting customers face-to-face, virtually, and via contact center, ensuring flexible engagement.
As a Customer Relationship Consultant, you will be a friendly, knowledgeable representative of Skipton Building Society, helping customers achieve their financial goals and building a better Society together.

What Will You Be Doing?
* Engaging with customers to identify needs and tailor solutions, ensuring the right products for them and the society.
* Being the first point of contact in branch with enthusiasm and a helpful attitude.
* Conducting 'My Review' appointments face-to-face, virtually, or by phone.
* Proactively reaching out to customers by phone to discuss their needs.
* Educating customers on our products and communication channels.
* Maintaining accurate customer records and supporting vulnerable customers appropriately.
* Adhering to policies, standards, and controls relevant to your role.
What Do We Need From You?
* Previous experience working with customers, in person or over the phone, in retail, hospitality, healthcare, or similar sectors.
* A passion for delivering exceptional service and engaging in purposeful conversations.
* Ability to work well with others and manage time effectively during busy periods.
* Adaptability to change and a broad activity scope.
* Effective communication skills tailored to different audiences.

This is a permanent, 36-hour/week role (Monday to Saturday). The salary is up to £28,500, plus benefits including:
