What we are looking for:
We are seeking someone with a sharp commercial mind and a passion for leadership. You should bring:
* A minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial or business development roles
* A proven track record of growing B2B markets—experience in the promotional products industry is a plus
* Experience leading teams and fostering a performance-driven culture
* Strong understanding of the UK market and distributor ecosystem
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* A hands-on, energetic, and strategic mindset
