Weekend Call Centre Supervisor (Inbound)
Saturday & Sunday | 9:00am – 6:00pm | £15.75 per hour
We're looking for a confident, energetic Weekend Call Centre Supervisor to join our fast-paced inbound Customer Care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced call centre professional who thrives on leading others, delivering exceptional customer service, and keeping performance running smoothly — even on the busiest days.
Working alongside another supervisor, you'll take the lead in motivating and supporting a team of around 7 advisors, ensuring every customer receives a high-quality experience while targets and service levels are consistently achieved.
What you'll be doing
* Supervising and supporting a team of approximately 7 inbound call centre advisors
* Ensuring calls are answered efficiently and customer wait times are kept to a minimum
* Monitoring performance against KPIs and helping the team meet daily targets
* Prioritising workloads and keeping the shift organised and running smoothly
* Coaching, guiding and motivating the team to deliver a "customers-first" service
* Being a calm, reliable point of escalation when needed
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a call centre environment (essential)
* Experience working in an inbound call centre (essential)
* A strong customer-first mindset and passion for service excellence
* Confident leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet performance targets
* A proactive and positive attitude — especially in a busy environment
