The Role
We’re on the lookout for motivated Production Operatives to join our fast-paced team. Based on the factory floor, you’ll be hands-on in preparing, assembling, and packaging food products that meet the highest standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a great opportunity to kickstart or continue your career in food manufacturing with a company that values teamwork, growth, and wellbeing.
Morning Shift Hours
* Monday - Thursday: 07:00 – 15:00
* Friday: 06:00 – 14:00
Pay: £488.40 a week
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture and pack food products in line with company standards
* Follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
* Keep work areas clean and organised throughout the shift ("Clean As You Go")
* Operate machinery where trained and required
* Complete documentation accurately and on time
* Support daily targets while maintaining product quality
* Flag and report any issues, defects, or safety concerns
* Assist with product changeovers and basic machine setup
* Maintain full traceability through correct labelling and recording

* Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
