Real Estate and Workplace Solutions (RE&WS) is a key part of the WTW Enterprise Delivery Organization (WE DO), including:
* Corporate Real Estate (CRE): real estate strategy, transactions, office design, construction
* Facilities Services (FS): office management, maintenance, sustainability, security, health & safety
* Operations & Information Management (O&IM): financial oversight, workplace data, technology, communications, change management
The Role
RE&WS Technology seeks an Assistant Technology Manager to coordinate, monitor, and deliver workplace technology projects, manage dependencies, track risks, and resolve issues. Building strong relationships with CRE, FS, O&IM, and Technology functions, especially in Asia Pacific, is essential.
The successful candidate will represent RE&WS Technology on office transformation projects, execute current methodologies, collect data to influence strategy, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role offers career growth through project visibility, skill development, stakeholder management, and ownership.

* Ownership of workplace technology on designated real estate transformation projects
* Focus on APAC projects, requiring flexible working hours and occasional travel
* Support implementation of Freespace, Book-a-Room, Outlook, Kadence across global projects
* Develop expertise in issue resolution
* Maintain relationships with global vendors, monitor performance
* Contribute to financial controls, governance, and billing tracking
* Build relationships with key stakeholders
* Create project reports with KPI metrics
* Manage risks and issues, de-escalate when needed
Qualifications
* Experience in enterprise workplace solutions, preferably in Real Estate and Workplace Solutions
* Knowledge of workplace technology solutions like Freespace, Book-a-Room, Outlook, Kadence
* Established relationships with Facilities Services in London & APAC
* Experience with global workplace transformation projects and technology implementation
* Familiarity with WTW’s finance processes, tools like Ariba
* Understanding of technology capitalization guidelines and budget management
* Excellent communication skills across cultures and levels
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
* Network within WTW RE&WS to facilitate delivery
