Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme aims to give you the experience and core consulting skills needed to start your career. You'll develop your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to clients.
The work is interesting, varied, and high-profile, especially in an environment of increasing complexity where clients and Regulators focus on risk and regulatory issues.
You will work in areas such as:
* Modelling and Model Risk Management: Working with clients on model development, validation, governance, and learning coding languages, supporting areas like climate and credit risk modelling.
* Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients on prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and optimization services.
* Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with conduct risk, risk transformation, controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
* Retail: Focusing on retail clients, including conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.
Growth Opportunities
The three-year programme helps build experience and expertise in Risk management, supporting your professional development and qualification, including the FRM certification.
