Job Title: Logistics Co-ordinator (12-month Fixed Term Contract)
Reporting To: Logistics Team Leader
Work Schedule: Onsite Wolverhampton, GBR
Moog Aircraft Group is looking for a logistics coordinator to join the logistics team at our facility based in Wolverhampton for a 12-month fixed term contract. The position will cover kitting for assembly.
General and Task Management
* Organizing work order movement around manufacturing facility
* Kitting of piece parts for OE, repair and spares products to support assembly and test build lines
* Ensure all stock and kitting items are correctly packaged supporting goods receipt processes
* Stock control, perpetual inventory cycle count and root cause investigation of stock losses to ensure high level of stock accuracy
* Maintenance and control of shelf life products
* Supporting roll out of FIFO storage and picking strategy
* Cleaning of machine shop and kitting boxes
Relationship Management
* Work as part of the team to share ideas and support continuous improvement activities
* Enthusiastic flexible team player with a bias for action and strong work discipline
