Role Overview
As our Human Resources Information System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our people data systems, ensuring compliance, and delivering insightful analytics. Working closely with the People Services Manager, you'll oversee the People & Culture database and other HR systems, providing seamless user experiences, building dashboards and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for HR system and people data enquiries.
* Assist in the administration and configuration of HR systems: Element Suite, Thrive & Peoplebank.
* Regularly audit and cleanse data to maintain system efficiency.
* Identify and implement process and system improvements.
* Generate and distribute standard management reports and data outputs.
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, demonstrating awareness of HR metrics.
* Present data analysis findings and provide recommendations to support strategic decisions.
* Train and support end users to ensure correct system utilisation and data interpretation.
* Maintain internal and external system and process documentation.
* Undertake project work as directed by the People Services Manager.
* Assist the wider People & Culture Team and stakeholders with general tasks as required.

Essential
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this role.
* High attention to detail and the ability to communicate data insights clearly.
* Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
* Natural curiosity and determination to improve systems and processes.
* Adaptability to embrace and move with change.
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desirable
* HRIS systems expertise – system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting using Element Suite.
* Experience in automation and process improvement using HRIS or external resources.
* Working knowledge of Integration & APIs.
