Contract Duration: 8-9 months
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Basic Salary: $18.50 per hour (About $3,100 per month)
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist to triage 9 mailboxes and respond to enquiries
· Prepare for the onboarding of PBs’ mailboxes to the new GatherSG-Feedback Management System.
· Organising briefing/training sessions and performing User Acceptance Testing.
· Assist in the organisation of Pledge Ceremonies, including the following:
· Respond to email enquiries relating to Pledge ceremonies
o Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events
o Assist officers to source for vendors
o Prepare individual Pledge Certificates for registrants who attended the Pledge Ceremony
o Update pledge attendance in each registrant’s PRS record after event
o Prepare documents for the procurement of events management and design services.
· Proofreading of articles, write-ups and simple design of publications and eDMs
· Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or any other relevant disciplines.
· Relevant experience in handling feedback enquiries, events and communications projects, content creation/development
· Only Singaporeans
