Press Brake Operators Required in Cheshire

The salary depends on your chosen hours/shift pattern, and the company offers a £2,000 signing bonus (staggered payment) along with regular overtime opportunities paid at T1/3 after 39 hours and T1/2 after 48 hours.
We are looking for press brake operators experienced with AMADA, TRUMPF, Bystronic, or Edward Pearson machines. We have opportunities on the following shift patterns:
* Day shifts Monday to Friday (39 hours per week)
* Permanent morning shifts Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
* Permanent afternoon shifts Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
Everyone will start on day shifts during training, with a slightly lower hourly rate initially. After passing a probation period, you can move to other shifts with a pay increase and shift allowance.
Responsibilities
* Set up and operate press machines (Amada and/or Edward Pearson) accurately.
* Perform bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
* Produce parts for assembly operations.
* Follow quality control protocols by reading technical drawings and conducting checks.
* Transition between shift patterns after initial training.
* Engage in overtime opportunities to increase earnings.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a press brake operator or similar role in engineering.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and nights.
* Positive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
