Daily Duties
* Work across all RIBA stages, from initial concept design through to technical delivery and construction
* Manage multiple or complex projects from inception to completion
* Interpret project briefs and lead the development of design proposals through to detailed design
* Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and wider project teams
* Coordinate design submissions and technical information, including drawings, reports, and specifications
* Manage project fees and invoicing, with administrative support where required
* Contribute to securing new work and supporting business development activities
* Promote the practice and contribute to positive profile and PR
* Lead small project teams while collaborating within a larger multidisciplinary environment
* Attend site visits and support regional project work as required
Ideal Candidate
* ARB:registered UK:qualified Architect
* Strong design capability supported by solid technical knowledge
* Proven proficiency in Revit (essential)
* Professional experience within a high:quality, design:led architectural practice
* Strong interest in large:scale projects, with the ability to manage smaller or multiple projects concurrently
* Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and lead small teams independently
* Excellent drawing, presentation, and communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in client:facing roles
* Awareness of the sensitivities involved in client communication and presentations
* Ability to balance competing workloads across multiple projects
* Demonstrable experience coordinating technical information and design submissions
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
