We are seeking a professional and personable Spa Therapist to join our salon private use spa

Training provided for our signature treatments
. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing a range of therapies, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the smooth operation of the spa.
Duties
* Deliver a variety of treatments including deep tissue massages, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other specialised therapies with professionalism and care.
* Manage guest bookings efficiently at the front desk, ensuring seamless scheduling and personalised service.
* Provide outstanding customer service by understanding guest needs and offering tailored treatment recommendations.
* Upsell additional treatments and retail products to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the spa area in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Assist with management tasks such as organising appointments, maintaining treatment records, and supporting daily operations
* Support guest services by addressing enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
NVQ level 2/3
* Proven experience in delivering treatments such as deep tissue massage,
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
* Demonstrated customer service expertise with a friendly and professional demeanour.
