Its landmark brands include Survivor, Big Brother, MasterChef, Peaky Blinders, Rogue Heroes, Marie Antoinette, Grantchester, Deal or No Deal, Home and Away, Love Triangle, Mr Bean and Black Mirror.Job PurposeManagement of Licensing and Merchandising licensees and stakeholder (IP owners) accounts.ResponsibilitiesWorking with Banijay licensees the account manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of all key partners.Supporting licensing partners from concept to launch and ongoing management through developing a deep understand of each of their businesses.Regulation liaison with all internal Banijay stakeholders and rights owners.Preparation of regular updates tracking licensee performance against plan and adopting strategies in line with the relevant sales VP or manager and Group Director on strategies for underperforming licenses.Preparation of overall franchise reports for internal Banijay stakeholders and IP owners; in doing so collating feedback from the sales team and the wider Banijay Rights functions such as finance, social media etc.Key point for product submissions and marketing approvals.Preparing and contributing to brand updates, presentations and reports in liaison with Banijay Rights wider team and Creative Networks.Knowledge and Skills RequiredProven product / marketing background with a minimum of three years experienceStrong understanding of product launch process from concept to implementationAble to manage complex relationshipsSolutions orientated individualGreat communicatorStrong attention to detailSelf-motivated and driven but also be able to contribute to a high functioning teamOrganised and efficientA genuine love of TV shows and the industry a mustReportingReporting to Group Director Licensing and Merchandising, Banijay RightsLocationLondonContract TypeFixed Term | Full Time (12 months)Hours09:30am to 6:00pmIf you apply for this role, your personal information will be used by Banijay for recruitment purposes and in accordance with our Recruitment Privacy Policy Recruitment PrivacyWe are an inclusive and disability confident employer.
