Job Title: Onboarding Account Manager

Salary: £27,600

Hours: Full Time

Location: Earlswood, Solihull

Description:

We are currently looking to recruit an organised, methodical and process driven Onboarding Account Manager to join a family run, successful and well established business based near Earlswood.A background in Customer Service or Account Management, ideally with IT is required, however system training will be given.

Key Duties:

To discuss onboarding with new clients and to be their first point of call during the process

Ensure that customers receive full set up and ongoing support for full range of software

Follow processes set within the business to make sure the client has a seamless transition from their old system to the new one
