Overview
We are looking for a Support Worker to work within our Residential home in the Llanelli area. You do not need experience, just enthusiasm and compassion to support vulnerable adults in the community. This role helps people remain in their own homes in a safe and supported way and supports them to stay connected with their communities.
Responsibilities
* You will become part of our team, delivering emotional and practical care and support for vulnerable adults and helping to transform their lives daily.
* You will provide quality care to vulnerable adults in the community, ensuring care is delivered according to person-centred care plans.
* You will need to be able to drive.
* You will work on a rota basis, which may include early starts, late finishes, day and night shifts, and weekends.
* You will offer focused support with tasks such as personal care, preparing meals, administering medicine, shopping, and light household duties.
* You will support the daily activities of the people we support both in their own home and within the community.
* You will facilitate person-centred activities that promote dignity, independence and well-being.

Qualifications
* If not already qualified, you should be working towards your QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care. Proven experience in care is advantageous but not essential, as full induction and training will be provided.
