? Employment Solicitor - % Respondent Litigation - Fully Remote
Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge and the flexibility of remote working?
We are working with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking a skilled Employment Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a % litigated respondent caseload from start to finish.
The Role:
1. Manage a full caseload of litigated respondent employment matters.
2. Advise and represent employer clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
3. Draft ET3s, witness statements, and other pleadings.
4. Handle preliminary hearings, case management, and final hearings.
5. Work closely with clients to deliver clear, commercial advice.
The Ideal Candidate:
6. Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE preferred, but all levels considered with relevant experience).
7. Strong track record in respondent-side litigation.
8. Confident in managing cases from initial instruction through to final hearing.
9. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
10. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote working environment.
