Clifton College is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Services Administrator (Reception) to provide a warm welcome to all our visitors each Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the College, handling calls and enquiries with care, greeting visitors in a professional manner, and managing the reception inbox and visitor diary. You will also support the Head’s PA with a range of administrative tasks, helping to keep our reception area running smoothly. We’re looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, a helpful and proactive attitude, and confidence in using Google Workspace. Experience in customer service, reception, or a school environment would be a great bonus, but is not essential. Clifton College is part of Clifton College Education Group, and is a leading independent day and boarding school educating over 1,200 pupils aged 3 to 18 years.
